Did you know that according to California Vehicle Code section 13351.5,
the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) is required to
permanently revoke the driver's license of one who is convicted of a
felony violation of Penal Code section 245 (
assault with a deadly weapon) when a vehicle is found by the court to constitute the deadly weapon?
The DMV will not reinstate a revoked driver's license under any circumstances.
If you have been charged with assault with a deadly weapon in Temecula,
Murrieta, Lake Elsinore, Wildomar, Perris, Menifee, Banning, Hemet, Corona
or Riverside, it's critical that you obtain the assistance of an effective
and experienced criminal defense attorney.
