The Challenge
A firefighter was arrested and investigated for alleged child endangerment and child molestation, accusations that carried the potential for serious felony charges and lasting damage to his career and reputation. The case was submitted to the District Attorney’s Office for filing consideration following the arrest.
Our Strategy
Before formal charges were filed, we conducted a detailed review of the allegations and presented compelling evidence and case analysis to the District Attorney demonstrating that the accusations were unsupported. Through direct advocacy with prosecutors, we were able to resolve the matter before charges were filed.
The Result
NO CRIMINAL CHARGES FILED
