Our Strategy

By presenting a detailed mitigation package, we successfully negotiated a dismissal of the misdemeanor domestic violence charge. The client instead pleaded to a non-criminal infraction for “disturbing the peace.” This strategic resolution eliminated the threat of probation and a criminal record, ensuring the family could remain together during their upcoming military relocation.
